How about having a bottom strip where tags, user name, title &
description is displayed. Each field selectable through options screen.
I am asking this cause after looking at a beautiful building pic
I really wanted to know more about it. Like what is the name of the
building, where it is located, etc...
Usually these information is added in tags so i guess it will be a good idea to show tags & other information.

Hmmm........ good point.
This is precisely the reason that we have the open button on the remote. Click it, your favorite browser will open with the flickr page of the picture that you're watching.
That said, we could at least show the name. Getting further information is more of a challenge. Perhaps it'll help, with a lot of things though.
Like it's a very good idea for figuring out what people tag photos with. Or we could even show more photos from the same person in a sort of a info blurb or something.
Let's see if more people want this.
