| I don't mean to sound redundant but I am experiencing similar issues with the uZable Flickr Gadget not working. Tried using the default settings, tried changing the frame size and time between photos but no images appear. I have a broadband connection. Any idea of if or when this bug will be fixed? Quite frankly, this IS the best user interface for displaying photos I've seen! I'd really like it to work! |

Pmosh, thanks for trying out uZable flickr gadget, and no, you're not sounding redundant at all.
We'd be able to fix this bug if we could manage to reproduce it ourselves, but have been unable to! 
Everyone who posted, please tell us if you're on Windows XP's latest service pack (2). Also, another way to isolate this would be to see if we can figure out if all of you have some software or configuration in common that is causing this, for you.

| I have Windows XP Service Pack 2... as for software... might be kind of hard to nail that one down. Possibly have something to do with Windows Blinds or alienware desktop themes? Conflict with other desktop widgets like Clear Calendar no. 2 and clear weather no. 2? |

No Pmosh, you don't need to install Desktop X to run the uZable Flickr Gadget. It installs and maintains the DesktopX runtime automatically.

| I had this gadget working but all of a sudden I have the same problem no images displayed, xp sp2, broadband and it isn't working now. Too bad. |

I think I know what the problem is, where you get the blank frame with no picture inside.
I've isolated the problem to be a change of the Flickr API very recently. This means that the gadget will not work until I can fix the change and update it on the site. I'll be fixing this soon. Will update you guys on this thread, as well.
